Our service
BeSure Auto Inspections provides independent, mobile pre-purchase vehicle inspections in the Denver metro area. The service is intended to help customers better understand a used vehicle’s observable condition before making a purchase decision.
What an inspection includes
An inspection may include visual and operational checks of accessible systems, a review of diagnostic trouble codes where available, photographs, and a written or digital summary of observed findings. A road test is performed only when access, conditions, and permission allow. The scope may vary based on the vehicle’s condition, location, and accessibility.
Important limitations
An inspection is a professional assessment of the vehicle’s observable condition at the time of service—not a guarantee, warranty, or certification of safety, roadworthiness, remaining useful life, or future reliability. Hidden, intermittent, internal, or inaccessible problems may not be detected. The service does not include vehicle disassembly or every possible test.
Your purchase decision
You remain responsible for deciding whether to buy a vehicle and for independently checking title status, ownership, liens, recalls, maintenance history, insurance, and any additional specialty evaluations you consider necessary. Inspection findings are informational and should be considered alongside other due diligence.
Scheduling and access
Please provide accurate vehicle and contact details. An inspection depends on timely access to the vehicle and permission from the owner, seller, or authorized representative. If the vehicle is unavailable, unsafe to inspect, or access is denied, we may need to reschedule or discuss next steps with you.
Prices and payment
Current inspection pricing and any applicable charges are disclosed during booking or checkout. Any payment transaction may be processed by a third-party provider. Do not rely on an older quoted price if a different amount is displayed and confirmed before payment.
Cancellations and refunds
If you need to change or cancel an inspection, contact us as early as possible. Any cancellation, rescheduling, or refund terms presented during booking apply, subject to applicable law. If an inspection cannot be completed, contact us to discuss the circumstances and available options.
Reports and communications
Inspection reports and photographs are prepared for the requesting customer’s informational use. Reports reflect observations at the time of inspection and do not establish a continuing obligation to monitor the vehicle after the inspection. We may communicate with the seller or dealer as needed to coordinate the appointment.
Third-party services
Our website may link to third-party booking, checkout, mapping, or other services. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. BeSure is not responsible for the independent content or policies of third-party sites.
